Electrotechnical Review is the oldest journal of the Association of Polish Electrical Engineers, published since 1919. It is a peer-reviewed scientific and technical monthly published by SIGMA-NOT Publishing House, intended for electrical engineers of all specialties. On the pages of the magazine are presented scientific achievements touching on issues related to all fields of electrical engineering, including: theory of electrical engineering, electrical power engineering, power electronics, traction, metrology, light technology, machinery, apparatus and transformers, electrotherm and electrical material science. Publications are addressed to employees of universities and research units, students and doctoral students, and electrical engineers employed in all branches of the economy. At present, the articles published in the pages of the Electrotechnical Review are available electronically (open access) from the website and distributed in hard copy (subscription).
Under the Older Archives tab, you can find archival publications published since 2001, unfortunately currently available for a small fee. Some publications that appeared after 2011 can be downloaded for free. On the other hand, since 2014, all publications are open access.
For publishing articles in the Electrotechnical Review, authors from Polish universities are currently awarded 70 points by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

Article printing charges
The Electrotechnical Review is not subsidized by any Ministry or other organizations. Its only source of income is small funds from subscriptions and advertisements placed on its covers. As a result, we are forced to charge authors of publications a fee. The cost of one page of an article accepted for printing is 300 PLN (net) or 75 EUR. The volume of an article is calculated after its formatting by the editorial team, which is done in order to standardize all articles published in the journal.
