Title: Analiza pola mikrofalowego modulowanego impulsowo w strukturach biologicznych
Abstract: In this paper, the investigation of penetration depth of pulse modulated microwave energy emitted by GSM 900 MHz, UMTS 2100 MHz and TERTA 450 MHz systems is presented. The Fourier series technique has been adapted to describe the wave propagation in dispersive planar dielectric model of biological tissues. This technique has been used for calculation of a plane-wave pulse train radiation incident to a half-space filled with lossy dielectric and then received results have been compared to continuous wave radiation. Using these methods of calculations the effects of pulse bandwidth on the propagating waves has been demonstrated.
